Strip Blade- Gravure

The NewEdge® Doctoring system is the next generation of patented doctor blade holder systems designed to reach new heights in gravure printing. The patented blade clamping system makes the NewEdge® system absolutely ink-tight and “flexible” against the gravure cylinder. Machine vibration is dampened, and minor imperfections in the blade holder are eliminated. The extruded aluminum profile makes the NewEdge® holder perfectly straight across the entire width of the engraved cylinder. The unique characteristics of the NewEdge® holder are:
